The Affordable Care Act has simplified a lot of things about health insurance: You can’t be denied coverage if you have a preexisting condition, plans can’t cap annual or lifetime benefits, and most preventive care is free. But if you’ve spent any time comparing plans or networks lately, then you know that healthcare is still mind-numbingly complicated. Only nerds who spend their free time memorizing actuarial tables and indexing all 2,711 pages of new ACA rules can make sense of it. Luckily, we are those nerds!
